This customer required solar on a new build property to be let out. They had a new composite slate roof with an East/West layout. Coinsidering the average energy consumption predicted for the new tenants, the roof did not need covering but a modest East/West system should provide enough generation to help with day to day energy usage.

Clenergy mounting system
Pigeon Mesh
A Growatt 5000w solar inverter installed in a loft space
The annual generation is expected to be around 4700kWh and they should look to save about £810 in the first year of the system being installed.
